Cliq Web Services does not know, investigate, or make assumptions about what the website owner intends to use the website for beyond the scope of the project brief provided to us. We build websites based on the specifications, content, and requirements supplied by our clients. We do not conduct background checks on the intended purpose, business model, or future activities associated with any website we develop.
Cliq Web Services does not advise, instruct, or tell website owners how to run, manage, or operate their websites after delivery. We do not provide guidance on business practices, content decisions, marketing strategies, or any operational matters unless separately engaged to do so under a distinct agreement. How a client chooses to use, modify, or operate their website is entirely their own decision.
Any issue, dispute, legal matter, or consequence arising from the inappropriate, unlawful, or unethical use of any website owned and operated by our client is the full and sole responsibility of that client. Cliq Web Services shall not be held liable, accountable, or responsible in any way for actions taken by website owners using websites we have developed. The client bears complete responsibility for ensuring their website complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in their jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cliq Web Services disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use or misuse of any website we have developed. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from loss of data, loss of revenue, reputational harm, or legal proceedings brought against the website owner by any third party.
Cliq Web Services is a web development service provider. We build websites — we do not own, operate, or control them after delivery. Our clients are fully responsible for how they use the websites we create for them. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer.
